Assistance with transportation

GV Disability Supports can help support your independence by offering transportation services to get you to where you need to go.

Types of transport services include:

•  assistance using public transport such as busses, trains, trams and taxi’s 

• Support workers can be allocated to transport you personally to attend appointments, go shopping, access activities and services or to go for road trips, respite and holidays to support independence. 

• Support workers can also be allocated to transport you via your own car 

*registration and insurance documents will need to be provided.
